Laura earned her BA degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and holds a Certificate in Human Resources Management from UC Extension. Laura is a past board member of the NCHRA, an invited expert speaker, and is involved in several community organizations in the executive search and lifesciences industry.

In her free time, Laura enjoys spending time riding and showing American Quarter Horses in Reined Cow Horse events. In 2015-16 Laura was a nationally ranked rider and honed her team building skills working with trainers and barn mates and exercising good sportsmanship and she brings the same drive for results to her clients.

Laura’s personal philosophy is that good enough is not ok and it shouldn’t be. She believes exceptional should be the standard we are all held to.
