He has extensive and direct international experience in customer service/support, service excellence, service design, escalation management, crisis management, instructional design, adult education and training; global Quality requirements and regulations. Reza brings his expertise in managing international, multi-cultural workforce with in-depth knowledge of Human Resource related challenges. Experienced in large scale international capital equipment project management, installation, Service and Customer Experience metrics including NPS. In-depth knowledge of private and public healthcare dynamics in the developed and developing countries.
